First, check your email’s spam or junk folders—sometimes messages may be filtered there.
If you previously opted out of Kijiji emails and now wish to opt back in, follow these steps:
Log in to your Kijiji profile.
Click to expand your profile menu, then go to Account Settings.
In the Account Preferences section, find the option that says:
“Sign up to hear about new features, promotions, and offers from Kijiji.”
Check the box to opt back in and save changes.
After updating your preferences, you should start receiving Kijiji emails again.
