Photos Appearing Sideways When Uploading on Kijiji (Web)

We’re aware of an issue affecting some users where photos uploaded through the Kijiji website may appear sideways. In addition, when you try to correct the photo in Edit Mode, the rotate icon may be missing, preventing you from adjusting the orientation.

Quick Fix (Temporary Workaround)

To restore the rotation option, please try the following:

1. Open your ad in Edit mode.
2. Re-upload the affected photos.
3. The rotate icon should now appear, allowing you to adjust the photo orientation correctly.

Re-uploading typically resolves the issue immediately.
