| Ad Content Goes Against Our Policies |
The error message "This Ad appears to contain content that goes against our policies" will appear when you try to post an ad that contains profanity, violates Kijiji policies, or appears to be spam. Please have a look at Kijiji's policies and prohibited items list to make sure you're not trying to post something on Kijiji that doesn't fit in with our posting policies.
If you are still having problems after determining that the ad does not violate Kijiji's terms and conditions, you can contact our Customer Service team with the full text of the ad you are trying to post, as well as the category that you are attempting to post your ad to, and they should be able to identify the problem.
