Search alerts help you quickly and easily keep track of great deals! Saved searches are a free service that will send you push notifications when new ads match your search criteria. For example, you can subscribe to receive a daily notification of all the newest cars for sale in your area that are also within your price range—pretty great, right?
Note: When set through the app, saved searches will send you push notifications to your phone. If you’d rather receive emails, click “Web” just below the title of this article and follow the instructions there.
To create a saved search:
| 1 | Enter keywords into the search bar and begin the search. |
| 2 | From the search results page, tap Refine to add your search filters such as location, category, price range, and more (options vary by category). For the most accurate results, select at least a category, location, and some keywords. |
| 3 | Once you have your search set up, tap the toggle switch at the top of the search results. |
| 4 | Fill out the Saved Search details. Type in a name, choose whether you’d like to receive push notifications, and then select whether you’d like your notification sent to you Daily or Weekly. |
The saved search will be created right away. If you’re not signed in, a window will appear prompting you to enter your account details. Once the app has connected to your account, the saved search will be created.
Deleting a Saved Search
To remove a saved search from your list and stop receiving notifications:
| 1 | Tap on the hamburger menu. |
| 3 | Tap and hold over the search you’d like to delete. |
| 4 | When it selects, tap delete (trash can icon). |
