Category Pricing Overview

Users who post a high volume of listings in the following Kijiji categories and subcategories are required to pay a listing fee. This fee helps maintain a safe, organized, and high-quality marketplace by reducing spam, fraud, and excessive reposting.

It also ensures that legitimate ads remain more visible for longer, creating a better experience for all users.

The listing fee and ad limits, charged per ad for each 31-day period, applies to Personal Accounts identified as “Owner” who have listed according to the list grid provided below:

If you are posting from a Dealer or Professional Account:

• When posting on web, free listings will no longer be available in the categories associated with your Dealer/Professional Account status, but will retain free listings according to the grid below in other categories (ex. A Professional Employer account will be required to pay for any listing(s) in the Jobs category, however will retain free listings in Cars or Real Estate categories)
• On web the following statuses are considered Dealer/Professional:
  • Professional Renter
  • RV Dealer
  • Heavy Equipment Dealer
  • Auto Dealer
  • Professional Employer
  • Professional Retail Seller
• When posting on the app, free listings will no longer be available in any of the listing fee categories (Cars & Vehicles, Real Estate, Jobs)
