When making a big-ticket purchase, you want to arm yourself with as much information as possible, including customer reviews. Knowing that other people had a great experience with a certain car dealership can help reduce stress and make the experience of buying a vehicle what it should be – fun!
Reviews can be found on any professional dealer ad, as long as they have ratings on Google. To see their reviews, open the ad and scroll down to the About the seller section. You’ll see a few of their recent reviews, as well as their overall star rating. All ratings and reviews on Kijiji Autos are taken directly from Google.
To see all reviews:
| 1 | Open a dealer’s ad and scroll to the bottom of the page. |
| 3 | On their Google Maps page, click on the number of reviews to open the full list. |
To leave a review:
| 1 | Open the dealer’s ad on Kijiji Autos and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click See all reviews. Alternatively, you can search for the dealership on Google Maps to access their page directly. |
| 2 | Scroll down the left-side panel of their Google page and click Write A Review. |
| 3 | Choose a star rating and leave a written review. |
| 4 | When you’re happy with your review, click Post. |
