| Unsubscribe From Emails |
Kijiji sends out different types of emails to help keep you in the loop. Notification emails let you know how your ads are faring in the listings, or when the best time to apply a feature may be to increase your views. Promotional emails keep you up to date with site changes, exciting new features and other great opportunities.
If you'd rather not receive these types of emails, you can unsubscribe from them at any time in two different ways. Promotional emails, notification emails and Alert emails have an Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. Clicking it will remove you from that particular mailing list.
Alternatively, you can also unsubscribe by following the steps below (via your WEB profile only):
| 1 | Click the Navigation Menu button (appears as a silhouette icon, initial icon, or your profile photo) and select Account Settings. |
| 2 | Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the heading Preferences, you'll see 4 boxes. |
| 3 | To stop receiving promotional emails, un-check the Yes, I would like Kijiji and its corporate family members to contact me about events, new features, and other promotional information box. To stop receiving notification emails, un-check the Bump Up and other feature notification emails box. |
| 4 | Enter your password at the bottom of the page to confirm and click Save Changes. |
If you'd like to re-subscribe, follow the same steps but ensure that the box is checked.
Note: There is no way to unsubscribe from email messages sent by buyers and sellers. As Kijiji is an email-based site, we don't have a way to disable this feature. We want to ensure that all users have a quick, easy and safe way to contact one another to improve the overall experience and better facilitate transactions.
