| Additional Policies for Paid Categories | |
Ads in paid categories are subject to a few additional policies:
- To properly adhere to our payment programs, each ad may only contain one item, whether it be a passenger vehicle, recreational vehicle, piece of heavy equipment, rental unit, or job posting. Multiple services may be offered in one ad as long as each listed service is appropriate within the category where the ad is posted.
- A Listing Fee must be paid as required, and they are not transferable.
- Ads also may not be edited to add new items once rented or sold even if that item is rented/ sold within the first few days of purchasing the Listing Fee. Each individual item must be submitted in a new ad so as to not circumvent payments.
- Posting from multiple accounts in order to circumvent the Listing Fee is strictly prohibited.
The categories to which these policies apply are as follows:
- Real Estate: Long Term Rentals, Commercial/ Office Space rentals, Short Term Rentals, Room Rentals & Roommates, Parking & Storage
- Motorcycles: Dirt Bikes & Motocross, Scooters & Pocket Bikes, Sport Bikes, Sport Touring, Street, Cruisers & Choppers and Touring
- Pets: Dogs & Puppies for Rehoming, Cats & Kittens for Rehoming
