“Sorry, editing of this ad is currently unavailable.”
Don’t worry! Your ad still belongs to you and should be editable. This error appears when you receive an email to repost or promote an ad for one account, but are signed into a different account.
To fix this, sign out of the account and sign back in with the email that received the link:
|1||Go into the My Kijiji screen of the app, then click on the gear icon in the top right corner.|
|2||Click on Log Out and confirm your choice in the pop-up.|
|3||You will be brought back to the Settings page. Sign into the account to which the email was sent.|
Once you’ve signed in with the correct account, you can go back into the email and click on the link again. You will then be able to repost or promote your ad as expected.
