Leaving User Reviews on Kijiji

After completing a transaction with another user on Kijiji, you may be asked to leave a review. Reviews include a 1–5 star rating along with selected reasons explaining your choice. When you submit a review, the following information will be made public: your review, username, profile photo (if available), and the category of the seller’s listing.

Reviews should be left in good faith, reflecting your honest experience with the other user. When leaving a review, it should:

• Be truthful about the interaction that took place.
• Not be intended to harass, intimidate, or abuse another user.
• Not be used to manipulate or mislead other users.

Kijiji reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or guidelines.

To maintain the integrity of the review system:

• Users cannot edit or remove reviews on their own profile or on someone else’s.
• Kijiji cannot withdraw ratings once they have been left.
• Kijiji does not mediate review-related disputes.

User reviews represent the opinions of individual Kijiji users and do not reflect Kijiji’s opinion.

Note: Reviews are currently only available for non-business users. While you can see reviews when interacting with users in other categories, leaving a review is not available in those cases. For more details, see our [User Reviews article].
