Deleting your Kijiji Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to remove your account information from Kijiji, please follow the instructions below:

To delete your Kijiji account, you must send us a request via email from the email account you wish to delete.
You will be asked to verify your account and whether you wish to remove all data.

Deleting your account will remove your profile, messages, ads, and reviews from publicly accessible portions of Kijiji. Kijiji may retain any data that (i) it may be required to retain under applicable law or to preserve its rights, (ii) may reasonably be required to deter and identify potential fraud, spam or suspicious behaviours, (iii) may reasonably be required to record your deletion or other requests.

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to remove your account information from Kijiji, please follow the instructions below:

Go to your Kijiji Profile
Select Manage Account
Select Request Account Deletion
Verify that you’re certain you wish to delete your account and select Next
Enter your Password and select Submit Request

**The deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log-in with that account and you will not be able to create a new account using the email address associated with your deleted account until such time as Kijiji has processed your account deletion request (which may take up to 30 days from your request).
