🏳️ How Do I Report an Ad?
Please do NOT report listings to Kijiji via the Help Desk.
Our customer support team is not able to review or remove listings from there.
To ensure your report reaches the correct team for review, please follow the process below.
It’s also important to understand that our internal view of a listing includes additional technical and historical details that are not visible to users. What may appear suspicious at first glance is not always a verified fraudulent ad.

📍 How to Report an Ad
If you come across an ad that seems to be a scam, spam, or a violation of Kijiji’s policies, you can report it directly from the ad page.
On Web (from your computer):
- Scroll to the bottom of the ad page.
- Under the “Listed by” section (next to the seller’s details), click “Report Ad.”
- Select the reason for reporting from the menu that appears.
- Add any relevant details in the “Tell us more” section to assist our review team.
On the Kijiji App:
The “Report Listing” button is located at the very bottom of the listing page.
⚠️ A Few Important Tips
- ✅ Be accurate — Select the most appropriate reason when reporting. Incorrectly flagging ads (for example, marking spam as a scam) can slow down investigations and delay legitimate reports.
- 🚫 Report only genuine policy violations. Avoid reporting listings that simply seem unusual or priced differently unless there’s a clear policy concern.
- 🙌 Mistaken report? Don’t worry. Ads are only removed if our Trust & Safety team confirms a violation after review.
